URI: Probably the beginning of an upper respiratory viral infection. As long as the baby is feeding well, breathing without difficulty and doesn't have a fever then you can treat at home with nasal suction, humidifier, etc. If the baby seems to have trouble breathing, becomes listless or has a fever, see your doctor or urgent care.
