I've dealt with it for a lifetime, and the key is to learn everything you can about it, so your personal physician can be an effective partner working with you in managing your illness. You won't find a group that meets, as you might for psoriasis, since by an large if the diagnosis is correct, it's manageable. Don't overlook older remedies or overuse glucocorticoids. Cheers
