Could be: It is certainly possible if you miss that many pills but is just as likely that you are coming down with a virus. If your period is late check a pregnancy test and repeat it in 3-5 days if it is negative. From now on try setting an alarm on your phone to help you remember. Best wishes

Possible pregnancy: If you missed 2-3 pills consecutively and didn't use back up contraception you would have a high likelihood of pregnancy. If the pills were missed not consecutively pregnancy although less likely is still possible. Wait for you expected menses, and do a urine test if it doesn't appear. I suggest that you be more consistent in your pill taking, or switch to a different method of contraception.
