No: I would not worry about your "tilted cervix." But chlamydia can cause infertility.

PID and infertility: It is a past history of PID that will lead to infertility rather than a tilted cervix. PID can cause scarring of the fallopian tubes which can lead to difficulty with an egg being fertilized.
