Other tests: ANA not specific. Other tests are anti-sm, considered specific; high titre anti_ds DNA considered specific. There are many other less specific autoantibodues.

My rheum only ordered anti-dsna farr assay test (not other antibodies). I have ANA 1:640 & various clinical sx. Does that mean she highly suspects lupus?
