June 28-29: Nobody ever knows exactly when natural conception happens because of the unknown number of hours it takes for one lucky sperm to swim to, meet, and fuse with the egg. If the due date was calculated using the LMP, a conception date estimate would be June 23. Because the cycles are about 5 days longer than the 28-days used in calculations, we add about 5 days to June 23 and the answer is June 28-29!
