Same Ob Doctors: Every ob/gyn i know either hires competent physicians or shares call with other ob/gyn groups to ensure 24/7 coverage for their patients, even on holidays. Make sure, if you have time, to go to the labor & delivery suite your OB provides care at. This way, your records & pertinent information will be available for both the nursing staff & whichever physician is on call.
