Do a pregnancy test: It may be that you're just getting the flu, but check a urine pregnancy test. . Some women spot in early pregnancy so bleeding does not mean that you're not pregnant. In fact bleeding and pain in early pregnancy can be an ectopic pregnancy, which can be dangerous. It's always good to know as early as possible if you're pregnant. You have more options. Best of luck
