Here are some ...: All men, especially those being sexually active, with urethral discharge should be considered, evaluated, treated, and followed as ones with STD-related urethritis by gono / chlamydia. Of course, sexual partner has to be tested and treated at least empirically at the same time. So, seek pro-evaluation, Rx, counseling, & follow-up.
