Probably not: while some women experience bleeding that seems like a period during their pregnancy, this situation is quite rare. For most women, having a menstrual period means they are not pregnant. On the other hand, you can't always be sure that there was absolutely no ejaculation. If you are not planning to become pregnant, use protection.

Probably not: But of you are worried check a pregnancy test and get back on a reliable method of contraception when your next period starts and use condoms to decrease the risk of STDs. Best wishes.
