Everytime i get angry or stressed, my left ear gets a weird, plugged/unplugged feel, where is gets muffled then loud. why does that happen?

Vascular congestion: Perhaps the cartoon parody of Elmer or somebody getting mad and having their ears and face red explains things. Blood flow engorging in the ears and ear drums could perhaps cause reducing hearing. Feel good.

Are you sure ?: Small area of skin in the inner part of the ear has a sensory nerve supply from vagus nerve , ' angry or stressed ' may b causing stimulation of autonomic nervous system may be in return stimulation of vagus may be causing causing your problem see a neurologist
