You should not: return to/go to school until you have been on antibiotic eye drops (by prescription) for at least 24 hours and any discharge present is gone. There isn't typically fever with pink eye, but if you have a fever from a concurrent illness, you should also wait until the fever is gone for 24 hours before going to school.
