Can a woman become pregnant if pre-ejaculate or any sperm has not come in contact with the introitus? only near the clitoris?

Possible: The clitoris is quite near the introitus and sperm in that area will certainly increase the possibility of pregnancy.

Here is the issue: in the angst of the moment pre-ejaculate or ejaculate that was deposited only at the clitoris might be transferred to introitus or even within the vagina.
