Possibly: Vaginal bleeding and late period can be concerning. Some patients can present with an ectopic pregnancy with similar complaints. Perhaps a repeat home pregnancy test and if negative and see your doctor as soon as possible. If the repeat test is positive then go to the emergency room to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
