Green tea:Heart: Yes! In dec 2012 Harvard Health Published that recent studies show green tea can lower LDL chol and Triglycerides which leads to reduced death from heart attack and stroke!. But the more you drink the better protection!

Yes: The leaves contain antioxidant polyphenols. Studies show that polyphenols in green tea have anti-carcinogenic effect & lead to a reduced heart disease death rate.
