Read our checklists: If you can prevent getting any form of sexually transmitted diseases including herpes, also known as genital herpes, you will save yourself a lot of headaches and heartaches. If you mean herpes like in a canker sore, just make sure your stress level is low, and exposure to UV light is reduced.
