"pre-ejaculation": Any exposure to discharge during sexual activity when a woman is ovulating contains some sperm, so pregnancy is definitely possible. If your period is "late", obtain a serum HCG pregnancy test in two weeks to be certain.

Potentially: Most older studies have shown low levels of sperm or no sperm in pre-ejaculate with sperm not being motile (however, don't know how promptly samples were examined).
