Belly pain: if the symptoms are getting worst you need to go to the ER for evaluation to have lab work and x-rays done . It may be more than constipation. Belly button to the RT lower abdomen---- Could be appendicitis ? have it checked out--could be other things too

Get checked: Could be your appendix, your ovary or a kidney stone and a little high for your gallbladder. All the best.
