Not all records are: electronically available, but you can get records from your doctor after signing a release of records form. No worries! You can convert and scan them into digital format.

Ask you Dr.: There are some companies a medical office can employ to provide electronic copies of the record. They can be costly though, as this is snot necessarily a benefit that your Medical coverage pays for, so the price is often on you.

Medical Record: From the place you obtained medical attention. Contact your doctor's office and request a copy if you are an adult.
