See a doctor: Not sure if you have frequent urination or if you have diarrhea. Either way, this is not normal. You may have an infection and you should be evaluated quickly. There are lots of causes for frequent urination and/or diarrhea.

Unclear: If you mean urinate, several things could be going on. You could have a urinary tract infection or a problem with your blood sugar(as diabetics will often have polyuria - urinating frequently). If you mean bowel movements, that too is concern with the frequency you describe. Malabsorption problems or inflammation of the intestinal tract can lead to issues like frequency! You need to see a doc.
