Stop caffeine: This may be benign essential tremor, which is annoying but not dangerous. Caffeine makes tremor worse. If you drink caffeine, try stopping. There are drugs which reduce tremor (e.g., beta blockers) but their side effects probably outweigh their benefit for someone as mildly afflicted as you.
