It can: The prostaglandins in semen ( they were named for the secretions from the prostate gland where they were first identified) are some of the same chemicals used to induce labor. It would be safest to wait 2 more weeks. Best luck to you and the baby.

Preterm Labor: Sex may indeed cause labor to start again. I would recommend you wait until your gestational age was at least 36 weeks to have sex. That way if labor does occur babies lungs are much more likely to be matured.
