Oil gland cyst: most likely it is a sebacous cyst the best thing to leave it alone and not to sqweeze it if it becomes infected you need to see a doctor for possible antibiotics they are benign oil gland cyst not harmful until we start to sqweeze them then become painful and possibly infected
