It depends...: "Full" screening means different things. For most straight men and women, just urine or vaginal swab for gonorrhea and chlamydia and blood tests for HIV and syphilis. Depending sex of partner, site(s) exposed, and other risks, more tests may be needed, e.g. rectal or oral testing for gonorrhea/chlamydia. Be cautious about a "full panel" online, which may include unnecessary tests at high cost.
