Many: lymphedema afect the venous circulation and that will make thing more complicated because it will make edema worst the edema will compromise the skin perfusion that will cause changes in the skin,amd discoloration and could cause ulcers that is difficult to heal the amount of the edema could reach a level that could compromise the arterial perfusion and could cause ischemia
