what is the strongest pain killer on the market?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Scott Naftulin

Several medicines: The strongest pain killers or analgesics would be the opiates. They are multiple ones available in varying formulation. They include, but are not limited to, oxycodone, morphine, oxymorphone, fentanyl, and hydromorphone. The strength is partly dependent on the dose.
