what is the strongest pain killer available?

Depends: Depends on source/cause of pain.Strongest narcotic regularly used is probably Fentanyl which does not come as a pill, but as a patch.Oxycodone & combinations of it like Percodan/Percocet come as a pill-but even these aren't as good as simple ibuprofen for some types of pain that are inflammatory. Also, some people just respond better to one med than another.Talk w/your dr. if you need pain relief.

Narcotics are not that easy to obtain, and are trackable on a national database, and often not needed for simple, conservative pain management relief of joints, back pain, muscle pain that you may need to combine with therapies (physical, osteopathic, acupuncture, massage, etc.) Our bodies produce the strongest pain relief naturally & internally! Use them first! Exercise is great!
