What is the medical term for circumcision of the heart?

Heart circumcision: There is no medical term for 'heart circumcision'. This is a term from scriptures which may well be a mistranslation. It probably refers to the circumcision procedure on the prepuce not being what makes a jew but what is in the heart of a believer. If there were a medical term it would have to be pericardiectomy. This makes little sense however.
