Muscle spasm: This is a very unusual symptom. The cause can be explained by spontaneous firing off of a nerve to the frontalis muscle, a thin muscle that is innervated by the facial nerve. It is similar to blepharospasm or twitching of the muscles around the eye. Usually, it is anxiety, but if it continues, see a neurologist to rule something more serious.
