No best place: There's no best place to purchase generic Viagra (sildenafil) & Cialis b/c they're not available as cheap generics yet, at least not in the States. Best to avoid online/overseas pharmacies b/c there's no guarantee that you'll get what you paid for ie real thing. Avoid herbal dietary supplement substitutes which aren't required to prove efficacy or safety before sales! Don't be guinea pig & ATM for manufacturer
