Depends on dose: Up to 100 mg Seroquel (quetiapine) is primarily an antihistamine and sometimes used for insomnia or anxiety though these are not FDA approved uses. 200-400 mg has been approved for bipolar depression. 600-800 mg is used for psychotic symptoms like paranoia or hallucinations
