Itracon/itraconazole: Itracon is a medication used to treat nail fungal infection and have not been adequately studied in pregnant female. Cases of congenital abnormalities have been reported in the paste. Female of child bearing age on itracon, should be placed on adequate birth control while on treatment and two months after, Itracon is also excreted in human milk and should not be given to a nursing mother.
