Important.: Dopamine is a neurotransmitter, in other words it is the messenger that carries the message in a dopaminergic system that serves multiple functions. one of these functions has to do with impulse control movement disorders in tick disorders and Tourette syndrome. treatment usually involves dopamine blockers which exert some regulation on the Dopminergic system connected to this problem
