Could use some help: Hard to pinpoint a response, since your question is so nonspecific. You may want to consider: what you ate at the time, the location of your symptoms, associated distress (like flu or 'stomach bug'), exposures to sick individuals, stressors. Definitely see your doctor if symptoms worsen or persist.
