Symptomatic: Viagra (sildenafil) should be used per physician recommendations. Symptoms of overdose may include palpitations, arrhythmias, fainting , nausea, headache, priapism . Treatment is symptomatic- meaning if BP drops, give saline, if priapism lasting more than 24 hours may need to be surgically intervened.
