What is the treatment for sterility?

None: People often use the term sterile meaning infertile. Infertility may be treatable. Cause is determined by performing a comprehensive personal history, family history followed by a physical exam. If nothing is found, then imaging studies may be done to find structural damage. Hormone levels are tested in men and women. Men receive sperm analysis. Women are checked for ovulation.
