Some possibilities..: GVM is not a common radiology report abbreviation. GVM may stand for Glomuvenous malformations (vascular lesions in the skin). More here: http://tinyurl.com/ox8zvwt http://tinyurl.com/odplbqm GVM could also stand for the MRI manufacturer (GVM in Italy) or could be a typo (radiologists often use voice recognition software), in which case it could mean gadolinium, an IV contrast agent used in MRI.
