Usually not needed: Pxe, or pseudoexfoliation, is an unknown condition that shows up as deposits on the surface of your lens. Most of the time it does nothing and no treatment is needed. However, sometimes it can block the drainage in your eye, causing glaucoma. If that's the case, drops or laser can be effective.
