Seek help: There are many professionals who are experts in treating eating disorders. Maybe you have sought treatment before and feel that,it did not,help and are discouraged. Maybe you relapsed and are embarrassed. Remember that bulimia typically takes a long,time to treat. Relapses are not uncommon but can be cut short with help.
