What can cause intraventricular conduction delay?

Intraventricular del: IVCD can be caused by anatomic or physiologic factors which would slow electrical conduction in the ventricles. Scar tissue, infiltration of abnormal tissue, electrolyte abnormality, ischemia, infarction and lots of things can cause intraventricular conduction delay.
