Treat symptoms: You need to go to the er immediately. Gastric lavage with charcoal and supportive treatment are what is needed.

Opioid overdose: Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) is a combination of the two analgesic drugs Acetaminophen and hydrocodone. So an overdose of Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) must be treated as an overdose of both drugs requiring two separate antidotes. The overdose antidote for hydrocodone is Naloxone and the antidote for Acetaminophen is n-acetylcysteine.
