Opioid overdose: Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) is a combination of the two analgesic drugs Acetaminophen and hydrocodone. So an overdose of Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) must be treated as an overdose of both drugs requiring two separate antidotes. The overdose antidote for hydrocodone is Naloxone and the antidote for Acetaminophen is n-acetylcysteine.
