Optimize health by:-: Regular physical exercise or Yoga 4 - 5 times/week. Don't smoke or indulge in recreational drugs. Healthy diet with plenty of fiber, vegetables & grain without excessive calories, protein, fat or salt. Drink plenty of water and avoid excessive alcohol intake. Get plenty of sleep & avoid getting over-tired as well as too much stress. Avoid being a "workaholic" & take vacations.
