Intact Hymen: It usually would not be completely intact - because an imperforate hymen is a congenital disorder which would not allow blood to flow from the uterus out of the body. However, what is likely meant is that there is no tearing or other findings related to tearing of the hymen. You may or may not bleed with sexual intercourse. Clitoral stimulation should not have an impact.
