Interpretation: That would be your interpretation of a sensation. The sensation is from reaching the beyond the usual limit of your lung capacity. BTW, the most helpful part of 'calm down' breathing is not the filling of your lungs but the complete emptying. Your exhale - through lips blowing out an imaginary candle - it what counts. It voids the old CO2 leftovers allowing new O2 to refresh cells. Best!
