Cause/Effect- No BUT: ....plenty of association studies exist which have shown that people who practice transcendental meditation do have less arteriosclerotic changes, have lower blood pressures, and more efficient pumping actions of their heart. No less an organization than the American Heart Association states that practicing meditation can reduce risk of heart disease.
