Get checked: I just answered a shorter version of the question. After 4 days there is probably very little risk of infection or complication if there are no other symptoms. If a small foreign body got embedded in the conjunctiva, this could probably be removed in the office with eye drop anesthesia while sitting at the slit lamp (of course, by an ophthalmologist).
