A member asked:

Can gastroparesis cause diarrhea?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Gastoparesis by definition means your bowels are moving slow or not at all, which leads to constipation. Autonomic dysfunction is a common cause gastroparesis but may also lead to hyperactive bowels or diarrhea.
