Coming Or Going?: If that bunch of mucilaginous sludge remained inside the condom, then probably not; i.e. the probability of a pregnancy using the condom would be the same whether it was filled outside or inside you (about 2%, due to various factors, like breakage, leaking around the base, coming off accidentally, etc).
