Blacked out: You raise a legal question of whether you were given a pill causing you to black out. As such the question becomes if you were raped. It might be advisable for you to go to the ER and be tested with a rape kit

Frightening thought: Blacking out and not being able to remember what happened to you must be a very frightening experience. It sounds like you must have been in a very vulnerable situation. I hope that you can learn how to protect yourself from repeating this. Who knows what could happen. People who black out from drinking too much alcohol should probably not drink alcohol. Alcoholism tends to run in families.

You do not for sure: If you are concerned you can go to the doctor for an examination or ask to have a rape kit done. If you have a strong suspicion please contact the police also.
