Well for both men: and women care personal hygiene in the anal and rectal areas, -always wi wiping frombottom to top and use of moisureized cleaning wipes. Men should also clean the scrotal area carefully. Showering always helps.

Concern is...: Usually E.Coli can cause UTI in women after having sex. There are a few ways that have been proposed to prevent this although not always proven effective: Urinate before and after sex, drink plenty of fluids before sex, on those females that have had multiple UTIs antibiotic preventive regimen either every certain amount of days or after having sex.
